The following are some of our most frequently asked questions.
1. How can you make a hair replacement for me that will fit and match my hair color?
Through our years of experience in this field, we were able to design the analysis kit so that you will be able to determine the size of the base and take hair samples which we will use to choose the proper color and wave pattern for your hair replacement.
2. How long will it last?
You should think of your hair replacement as you would a piece of your clothing. In time it will wear out, but you should get four to six months wear out of it. Depending on how you care for it, you may get longer. If you wore the same shirt 12 to 18 hours everyday for six months, what would it look like?
3. Will it look natural?
We believe our hair replacements are the most natural looking on the market today. Our fine mesh base hugs the scalp and the lace front gives a very natural front hairline. The hair is tied-in one or two hairs at a time so that it is less dense and more natural looking.
4. Why are your hair replacements so much less expensive than my local hair studio?
We have eliminated the overhead of a large studio by selling directly to the public. We have increased our volume allowing us to purchase at a lower price and in turn sell to you at a lower price.
5. What is the cost of your hair replacement?
Your initial investment is $50.00 for the analysis kit. When you place your order, you will return the kit with $445.00. This makes your cost $495.00.
6. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, money orders as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
7. What if I don't like the hair replacement?
You have 90 days from the day you receive your hair replacement to decide if it is the look you want. If it is unsatisfactory it must be returned to us in the original box and in the same condition as it was shipped to you. The guarantee will be void if any change has been made to the hair or base.
